Accessibility statement

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 24.10.2026

We want everyone to be able to use our site, including people with disabilities, and we keep working to make it accessible and convenient.

Accessibility level

The site has been adapted, as far as possible, to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and to Israeli Standard SI 5568 (ת"י 5568), which is based on WCAG 2.1 level AA.

What we have done

  • full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus;
  • a proper heading structure, form field labels and alternative text for images;
  • screen reader support and right-to-left layout for Hebrew;
  • a responsive layout for phones, tablets and desktops.

The accessibility widget

Every page has an accessibility button (the person icon in the corner of the screen). With it you can:

  • enlarge text and increase line and letter spacing;
  • switch to high contrast, a dark or light background or grayscale;
  • highlight links and headings and switch to a readable font;
  • enlarge the mouse cursor, stop animations and hide images;
  • reset everything with one click. Settings are saved in your browser.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible — for example third-party content (maps, secure payment, videos) and documents uploaded earlier. We keep improving accessibility.

Found a problem?

If something is not accessible, or you need the service in another way, please contact our accessibility coordinator — the contact details are below. It helps to include a description of the problem, the page address and the browser or assistive technology you used. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
